Samsung S8 and Note 8 phones had eye protection, then it was removed in the S10 and Note 10 phones. Why ?

Reduce eye strain by limiting the amount of blue light emitted by the screen. On the Settings screen, tap Display → Blue light filter, and then tap Turn on now. Activate this function by touching the key.
