What's the best phone under 20000 thousand?

Bro it is my experience I'm using M31 phone from last four months, explored every possibility to get rid of auto restarting and freezing including suggestions from customer support, factory resetting, software updates, nothing works and found that there are many more people who have this similar problem

No it was working fine for first week, and return window was closed till I realise the fault
