Suddern changes in network and booth connection in night time

Iam using Samsung galaxy S21 plus and iam facing some issue in my device 

☆ in my device at night time wifi , Bluetooth and mobile data is suddenly turning off and also brightness is also increasing when there is no light around me at the same time when the connections disconnect. I don't know why?

☆ Even the bed time mode and other modes in my phone is also turned off and also I seeked the help of samsung helpline member also they are also not able to solve the problem and I also reset my system settings also then also the problems continue 

Please Help me to solve this problems

Are you using any Bixby routines? Or night routine?

Yes sir my problem resolved the before bed mode was been enabled and i just now checked and torned it off just now
