I’m using the Galaxy S25 Ultra and truly admire its flagship-level performance. However, I’m disappointed with One UI’s limited control over app notifications.
On my previous ₹30,000 IQOO device, I could selectively enable only the important notifications—like **order and delivery updates from Zomato or Uber**—while turning off **promotional or ad-based alerts** from the same apps.
Unfortunately, on my ₹1.4 lakh Galaxy S25 Ultra, I can only either **enable all notifications (including constant spam and promotions)** or **turn everything off**, missing out on critical updates like driver arrival or order status.
This is frustrating, especially when a mid-range phone offers more thoughtful customization. I request that Samsung improve **notification channel support** in One UI and enable **finer control over categories like “promotions” vs. “delivery”** in future updates.
Please also consider enhancing tools like **NotiStar** to help users filter and prioritize relevant notifications more effectively.
