Backup through smartswitch in laptop. Then do a hard reset and then restore the items from smartswitch which u want and required.

Did you checked system apps?
Go to settings>app enable show system apps then sort by size and check which app is using more storage then you can just clear cache or data of that app which consuming more storage if you can't do so wait for UI6 update, i had the same issue after the update system consuming only 33gb storage.

Have you restarted it? And I think the files are temporarily stuck somewhere in system.

Try to wipe cache from recovery mode.(won't delete personal data)

Then only option left is to do a hard reset ig,I won't recommend it but if you have external storge for backing up data then you can proceed or try to reach service center and ask them to do they'll help.

There exists an storage bug on Android 13 and lower in which System shows wrong information about consumed storage, which leads the software to alert user about " storage full " notifications...
However Samsung fixed this bug in One ui 6...so, I suggest you to either wait for one ui 6 update to arrive or a factory reset to your phone.

Had similar issue, give it few days it'll clear by itself. Not sure what the issue is but video editor creates temporary files which are not shown in any file manager and can't be removed manually.
