Storage issue on S23 ultra

While watching video playback at some point, the video stops playing and says "no internal storage." It then takes 10 seconds to show all video lists back on the UI.
Checked with default system player ,vlc. Mx player all same issue.

Please note that : initiating a screen recording during the long video playback will not save the screen recording at the end
As part of this issue I can't send media in WhatsApp and can't download a image file or any file from WhatsApp coz not storage found.

I physically go to the official store and they reinstall the os, Even after that I found this issue not Solved. I only have internal storage

If you have visited official service center and they could not resolve it THEN you should raise issue with them again.
If they are unable to solve issue then escalate it by complaining here https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/contact/

Hello. Sorry to read this. It could be an issue with storage access permissions in the apps you're using.

There are at least 4 broad storage scopes in recent Android OS versions.

You definitely have internal storage or else your device won't boot/start.

As TimonN suggested, I'll recommend you take it to an authorised service center to have it checked.
