Still not received Android 13 one UI5 for S21 Ultra

Can someone please tell me why my S21 Ultra G998B 12-256 is not receiving Android 13 one UI5 update?

I have visited samsung customer service at Islamabad Pak today and verified my phone as original, not boot rooted and okay from all aspects. They told me to wait for it in Pakistan since my phone is overseas manufactured.

Can someone help.

Go to the developer mode in the setting at the botton, then reset notification there , you will get it, I have done the same and got it on the spot.
