Still no ui 2.5 update for G975f

Anyone know why I many not have received the latest update on my new  S10+ ? Still on ui 2.0 and security patch level 1 Feb 2020. Software update says I have the latest version but my previous s10 + (was stolen) received the update.

Visit a Samsung service center, they will update the software.
