Staff Misbehavior at Samsung Authorized Service Center

I had an unfortunate experience with Samsung staff today at Samsung Authorized Service Centre at Star City Mall, Karachi. I had called ahead of my visit and confirmed that the phone repair would require a part sourcing which would take one business day. Whilst I visited the center, the employee (Mr. Khan) told me that it would take three (3) business days. When asked why did they miscommunicate over the phone, he got aggressive and started pointing fingers at me trying to intimidate me. I asked for my phone back and said that I did not want to do business with them or Samsung. To which he replied, we don't care about your business or you. When I inquired about his name, he started slamming his fist on the table trying to intimidate me. He also added that do whatever you want because nobody can do anything to me. This has left a sour taste in my mouth, I was not only intimidated by the staff but also called a liar. This has convinced me to never use a Samsung product again.

Go to samsung official site and lodge complaint. Also try to call samsung helpline and tell them the whole story. Hope u will get the required result.

They must have a cctv recording of that time as proof. Do ask for that in your complaint as evidence of misbehaving.

i had a terrible experience with Samsung service centre staff .. this cause of my question raised on the product that has been through 5 times services 1 paid service and 4 in warranty services and the staff member is misbehaving with me and tell me to learn about the service from youtube and talking to me like i owe something to him ..and the technician that has recently visited to my house for the repair of tv they firstly said that the tv pannel has problems and after 5 days he tested the tv with the new panel but it turns out to be a problem with pcv ( the motherboard) of the tv and today another one came and replaced it with the new one but while he was doing this he broke my HDMI PORT that is connected to my tv for the cameras and when i asked about the problem that is happening to my tv he called his superior and his superior misbehaved and didn't gave me the answer and cutts off the call
