After stable update of Oneui8 i reset all my phones and believe me the performance is so good after reset devices. It is not compulsory but very useful to reset after major update.
What about battery life. I too did reset, all other things are good. Camera doesn't have much improvement as zoomed in photos are grainy or having noise plus battery life has not improved at all getting 5 hrs of SOT plus hardly 3/4 th day of battery life. No games not much camera still.
