check in whatsapp band face book settings individually to see if any call settings are not checked

check your speakers in safe mode and in normal mode play some music or call someone via call app not WhatsApp to check speaker sound

First of all, Reset your device's network settings. To reset go to device Settings > General management > Reset then perform "Reset network settings" only.
Then Tap & Hold on mentioned both apps one by one and then go to App info>Storage> then perform "Clear catch" and "Clear data" and try again.

Even If it doesn't work then perform a successful factory reset on your device. Even not, then take your device for servicing to Samsung authorised service centre.

no need for service center at least perform interactive check to test speaker and mic
and test them in other apps also like voice recorder or music player if it works
kindly uninstall both apps clear cache and reinstall both apps👍👍👍👍👍👍

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:

Check device in safe mode: Using Safe Mode on a Samsung phone or tablet allows you to force the device to run the essential operating system, and disable most 3rd party applications.

Enter safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears.>Press and hold the power off icon.

Exist safe mode: Press volume down and power key simultaneously for 5 seconds to restart the device.

Note: If your device functions correctly in Safe Mode, it is most likely that the issue lies with a 3rd party application that can be uninstalled to resolve the problem.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)

Thank you for writing to Samsung.

Warm Regards,

Samsung Customer Support
