If your phones are not optimised to handle the Android 11 upgrade or if you guys are micro chipping your phones now please inform the customer so I can shift to iPhone.
I have been having UI/UC issues as well as a weird alarm bell notification sounds coming from my phone even without the notification appearing. I have closed next to all notification alerts from the setting and still hear the sound now without any notification from the drop drown menu bar.
If you guys have micro chipped the phones or are using some spy ware or if your phones are just plain shit let a customer know so I can hop onto IPHONE.

Ps I have been to your physical in store customer service and their "repairs" made the sounds and performance issues in my phone EVEN WORSE.
Hi, I think any of the third party app you recently installed may causing this issue. Try to use in safe mode and then you can confirm if it is a hardware issue or software issue. Thanks
