Do you hear a small noise from inside of the device when shaking your Galaxy S ?

Its the cameras. The Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) is achieved by using moving camera or image sensor. So when you shake your phone its the camera's that are making the noise.

Yes that is OIS mechanism. That sound is common in all the phones with OIS. Nothing to worry.

Yes, you might have not noticed it, as the same happned with me. I also notices it on My S23 Ultra after few months and I was so confused because I had used S22 Ultra before that and never noticed it.

There are two reasons for that clicky sound in the device. One is OIS in camera you will notice this minimal clicky sound in every device with OIS capable camera
2ND reason is the periscope lens which has moving parts in it.
You will find minimal sound in OIS Capable devices but in high-end phones with periscope lens you will find that clicky sound a lot more. [ If you are satisfied with the answer pls Mark as resolved]
