We would like to inform you that as of now Bixby voice feature is not available in India. We would request you that kindly wait for the further information Bixby for voice.
Currently Bixby Voice is not launched in India. So you can remap your S8's Bixby Voice button to any shortcut by using "bxaction" on Play Store for free.
