Local copies of many images are disappearing from my phone. I have searched everywhere for an image and then found it in Gallery, and what do I see? This:
Its located folder is in "OneDrive", not its original local folder.
I have not chosen to delete local copies of images when they are uploaded/backed up, I never have
Why is this happening? It makes searching much more difficult, not to mention that using other apps to upload or back up images is impossible because the local copies are being deleted!!

This is the thumbnail of the photo in Gallery. It does not show any symbol or icon that tells me that it is a cloud item only, yet I cannot find it in my phone.
