All those who are experiencing the battery drain after the ONE UI 7 update, you just need to do a factory reset ( after backing up all your data ).
After every major OS update it is always advised to do a complete factory reset your phone.
Hopefully, it will solve the problems.

Whether the battery life will improve or not, that's another discussion but it's a good practice to reset the device after an Android version update to avoid weird glitches/bugs here and there arises due to the conflict of coding overlap.
