Hey all,
I tried out different ways to fix this heating issue.
Found some solutions which you will have to do to reduce heating and battery drainage.
1. Reset all settings
Search for this in the settings, after you do that your phone will restart.
2. Extend your ram to max possible,by going into Settings>Device Care>memory >extend ram
3. Enable developer settings
Go to settings>about phone> software info> hit the build number multiple times
You will see a popup ,you are a developer.
Go to the developer options under settings.
Search for Force 4x MSAA ,Enable it(Optional ,only for gamers who want peak performance)
Also search for graphic drivers in the developer settings, and select all those which are cpu intensive to System Graphics Driver
4.Try to use 4g instead of 5g unless you really need it.it saves a lot of battery and also reduces heating
Finally restart your phone.
Cheers you will see the improvement.

But I had the knowledge that enabling the force 4x MSAA drains battery faster 🤔

Only if the app fully supports msaa which is usually the gaming apps,it won't affect users with normal usage
