I have been using an S23 Ultra for the past two years. Following a software update performed at a Samsung customer service center last year, my device has been unable to receive any software or Google security updates. While Samsung has released One UI 7.1 for all eligible devices, my S23 Ultra remains ineligible. What is preventing my device from receiving updates, and how can I enable automatic updates?
