Will using smart switch help me to update my phone's software??

Having this you might not be able to update as you already have an issue with your software, but it worth a try, download it on your pc and open smart switch on your device open it on your pc and connect your device and check for updates

You bought it brand new?.... it could that you are using an unofficial software or something technical.... try using diagnosis here in members, it will check your software for you

So doing some research i discovered that it may be due to regional restrictions, they may also cause this, as from what I see your device is a US variant?... contact support
