I'm also with MTN, changed CSC to INS, and immediately got One UI 6.0. I wonder why yours isn't working out.

Hi did you change anything on your phone meaning singing out of Google accounts. No, I didn't change anything. I then went to software update-download and install. It came through, and I downloaded, that's all.

So what did I do wrong or best is to wipe the phone and don't sign in so it's a raw phone no account and then try? Do you think that will work.

Hi. I followed this video (https://youtu.be/A9LRnRvuee4?si=WOw_i16-Np03_nAA) that another community member had shared. Follow the video exactly but where it says "SEK", I had used "INS".
