Why my Samsung s21 ultra not received April security update

I have same question. Few members mentioned they updated via smart switch app from PC. I tried that, even that's not working. It's showing latest firmware is already installed. Don't know what the problem is. I am eagerly waiting this update to check if my GPS problem gets fixed. Since last update I started getting this problem.

Navigation doesn't works. It stays like a blue dot and then says GPS connection lost, trying to connect to GPS. All solutions available is tried and tested, all in vain. So last hope if update can solve. Because before last March update, everything worked fine.

bro then you will get update soon but keep checking by going to settings because sometimes os update settings notification is off. so keep checking

See the chat from Samsung support. I am surprised to see such a overwhelming level of IQ'd people supporting this brand. We are supposed to get the updated quarterly?

These are the most dumbest people on the earth. Still some customer care people doesn't know that s21 ultra will get 4 Android OS updates. If I ask them about security updates they speak about software updates and OS updates.
