Why can't I update my s23 ultra when the latest software is already out???

It could be because of your region or a connection issue (caused by VPN or bad connection). Sometimes it also has to do with auto update. Have you tried manually checking?

Yes, by going in settings then system software, it tells me that my software is up to date? But there's supposed to be an update for Android 14

It could have auto updated. Go to settings > about phone > software information and look for android version.

It's running unlocked T-Mobile USA firmware. Middle East servers doesn't have updates for USA models. I can suggest you to try below.

Take out the SIM card and restart the phone. Once restarted, connect to WiFi and then connect to USA VPN. Now try to update.

I tried and it didn't work .. am I supposed to delete data or something or maybe use a specific vpn?
