Why my device doesn't have android 12 software updates

Its one of the earlier devices that did receive it

At this moment you can suspect an issue from your behalf

1. If you have a pc connect your phone using smart switch and check for updates

2. Take out Sim card and put it into airplane mode then restart and try

3. Delete system cache through recovery menu

4. Backup first and do a full wipe

Regular basics
Make sure that you have a good internet connection
Always check using wifi without any vpns or proxies

Also 5-8 gb of free space is needed

P.s use the whole wipe option only after you've done all other possible steps

It should have been updated a long time ago, did you check the software update in the settings?
