Why S20 series is not getting any update after 3.1 Update even after that update phone has too many issues and bugs

1. Network issue ( Calling issue )

2. PHONE Heating issue

3. Battery Drain and Charging issue

.

.

 Samsung should release instant updates for S20 and Security update time to time ..

I have done all the steps and i don't run Bluetooth or wifi when it's not in use and i don't play heavy games for much time ... It's get heated when it's not in use and network in my area of service provider is good you can't say network fluctuation cause battery drain . Heating issue and battery drain issue and calling and Internet issue is also in safe mode and i have also done factory reset more than 2 times problem is still there and the problem is aftet OneUI3.1 update you need to fix this as soon as possible ... I have also sent log files regarding heating issue and charging issue with screenshot look and Provide me an update ...
