Hey Samsung users, I'm Himel.Recently I've got S20 5G(SM-G981U),carrier:AT&T.

currently its running on Android 11 based on one UI 3.1. And I did check software update option but it’s shows "up to date" How do I get Android 12 with one UI 4.1 update? Please help.Be noted that I'm out of united states now.

Take out the Sim card and try

If still

Connect to pc using cable

Run Samsung’s smart switch tool it will work fine

could you please explain to me more...what should I've to do after connecting it to a pc?

You'll need to download smart switch for pc and phone
