Software Issue

I bought this from one of mobile markets and it was used already. I have took my phone to Samsung customer service, they tried to install a new software but they said we can not do it as another software is installed in it which they don't know how to deal with. Plus when I turn on my mobile Internet the signals drop gradually and Internet stop working. I have changed my sim, bought a new sim but in vain. Doesn't know if it is related with software issue or not and how to resolve both of issues. If any one know kindly share.

Brother google can answer you more better then me even i dont know much about rooted devices u can search on google about it..there is so much to learn about rooted devices

Jst unroot the device by the help of an expert person whom have the information about the rooted devices after that u can flash the official software in your device..thats all i can tell i hope it helps! Peace out!
