I just bought an S25 Ultra this year and am currently facing some serious software bugs. When I shoot video in landscape mode, the screen splits, and full characters are not visible. At the same time, I am unable to unlock my phone because of this issue. Additionally, the edges of photos are blurry, and the photos themselves are blurry.

Need a Fix ASAP

Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing with your Samsung S25 Ultra. The issues you're describing, such as screen splitting in landscape mode, difficulty unlocking the phone, and blurry photos, are certainly frustrating. We’ll do our best to assist you.

Here are some steps to help resolve the issues:

  1. Restart Your Device: Sometimes, a simple restart can help resolve software glitches. Please restart your phone and check if the issues persist.
  2. Check for Software Updates: Make sure your device is running the latest software version by going to Settings > Software Update. Software updates often fix bugs and improve overall performance.
  3. Clear Camera App Cache:
Go to Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage.
Tap Clear Cache and then restart the phone.
  4. Check for Screen or Display Settings: The screen splitting issue could be related to Display Settings or a third-party app. Try disabling Edge Panels or One-Handed Mode if they're enabled under Settings > Display.
  5. Photo Quality Settings: If your photos are blurry, try resetting the camera settings to default. Go to Camera Settings > Reset Settings and check if the photo quality improves.
  6. Safe Mode: To rule out third-party apps interfering with the performance, restart the phone in Safe Mode. Press and hold the power button, then tap and hold Power off until Safe Mode appears. Check if the issues persist in this mode.
  7. Factory Reset: If the issues continue after following the above steps, you may need to perform a Factory Reset (make sure to back up your data first). Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory Data Reset.

If these steps don’t resolve the problems, we recommend visiting a Samsung Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis.
