Can anyone assist me on this issue. is it safety use the device as usual with all banking apps .shall i continue using it before pls let me know how to resolve it

Factory reset. May be this is a firmware glitch.

Go to software information and click on built no. Click on it like 8-9 times till developer mode activates.. check there for OEM unlocked...thats a bootloader permission manager if that's find activated then custom rom was installed and if not then go to service center and ask for flash a latest software and don't forget to backup your Device.
