So disappointed with the Samsung gifting procedure.

Asalam o alaikum dear all,

My name is Irfan khan, from Dera ismail khan. 

Booked and received Samsung galaxy S22 ultra on 4th of April 2022.

Redeemed voucher for Galaxy buds and leather case on 10th April 2022.

Since 10th of April, haven't received my gifting despite of several complaints.

Planning to sue the company as I have been deprived of my fundamental right for the gifting which I have already paid in advance. 

Samsung Pakistan is damaging the name of Samsung Korea by such a stagnant, pathetic service delivery.

I claimed the voucher and process was pretty smooth. At the end, got an email from samsung confirming me my buds order.

I have also experienced the same procedure, but waiting for the delivery since 10th April.

Sir call on call centre, email them, live chat support, whatsapp. I have literally annoyed them to death for buds. In your case there may be other kind of issue bcz its june end now and u have redeemed in april. Have u got confirmation email from samsung?

Yes, I have the order confirmation email on 10th of April.

What does samsung reply to u when u complain them about the process? U must be getting some reply apart from we r forwarding ur details to relevant dept.

Just they are saying that
1. Aap ki complaint relevant department ko forward kar di hay.
2. We are sorry for the delay.
3. The management is taking action on your complaint, they will call u in due course of time.
4. We are sorry for the delay...
Result: no buds no leather case.
