Smart tag with s21 ultra

Hey! Did anyone receive their Galaxy Tag with the pre order of s21 ultra? I got my buds pro but haven't received my smart tag

My father ordered the samsung s21 ultra and recieved both of them. I think that it would be a mistake at their end. You can always visit the galaxy store to report the problem or could email them directly😀. I hope your problem gets fixed.

or maybe the benefits varied with the order date. Was the Smart Tag coupon included in the box? Since, i only had the buds pro coupon. so, i'm not sure

No we had it as a seperate package. It might have changed with the date but I am not sure.
