I have been trying since mrng to register at Smart club, without any success. Everytime i enter my details n press save it pops a message saying "unable to process, please try again later"

Just now i was able to get past the initial page and landed up on details. This time a new message pops " Min. Purchase to enroll is 15k" 🤦‍♂️

Nope.. i have been calling customer support multiple times since last week. What they said was, customers buying online will be automatically enrolled into smart club and will not have an option to do manually.
When i asked them, y i was not enrolled automatically, they said my issue was forwarded to concerned team..

Worst customer support ever..

Same issue is faced by everyone who has recently purchased from Samsung and want to enrol. Customer care representatives are not much qualified to solve this issue. We all will have to raise this issue to their technical team, to do so please write to ssc.support@samsung.com.
