Smart Call - caller id feature missing from S8

Hello there,

I was just browsing through the Samsung site apps and found that there is an inbuilt caller id in the phone app. The website shows the images of S8 and a procedure to activate this feature.

However if I check the same on my phone, I don't find it. Do you also have the same issue? Is this feature missing in the current OTA release?

It's not available in India. Even if it is there, it won't be available

Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that this feature is not available in India as of now. It might be possibility for coming this feature very soon and it will be depended on the service provider. So once it will be available you will get the update for the same.
