I am using Oppo enco x with samsung galaxy s20+. Facing an wired issue while I am on call only one earbuds is plaing the sound otherone is mute. But while listening to music, there is no such issue. I tested the earbuds with other non samsung handset, the calling issue is not present there. Anyone having same experience?
Samsung does not support any others band quality product i am also facing lot of issues as i have Philips brand some times one ear bud works while listening to music and call too.
