Hi there 👋!!!
These few steps you can try to resolve it:
Restart Your Device: Sometimes, a simple restart can fix temporary network issues. Check SIM Card Placement: Ensure your SIM card is properly inserted into the slot. Try cleaning the SIM card contacts gently and reinsert it. Manually Select a Network: Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators. Turn off "Select Automatically" and try selecting your carrier’s network manually. Reset Network Settings: Navigate to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will reset Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and mobile network configurations (but won’t erase your data). Check for Software Updates: Go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. Make sure your phone is running the latest software, as updates often include bug fixes. Contact Your Carrier: If the issue persists, your SIM card might need replacement, or there might be network coverage issues in the problematic area. Contact your carrier for further assistance. Visit a Samsung Service Center: If none of these steps work, there could be a hardware issue. A professional inspection would help.
Let us know if any of these steps solve the issue. Hope this helps!
