Sim Slot 1 Not Working from One UI 2.5 update

Hello all,
To begin with, I am using S10+ Exenos. I have updated OneUI 2.5 yesterday. After updation, approx. 2 to 3 hrs later my Sim 1 slot says 'No Service'. I tried to cofigure network manually, but an error getting appered. I also swapped sim to 2nd slot and it is working fine. Image of the same attached. Kindly guide me what should I missed? Or any idea to resolve this issue?

is your sim work in earlier software version?

Yes, my sim was working perfectly before update. Both the sim cards were working fine.

Then final 2 things you can try from your side
1) Factory Data reset
2) Visit service center

as USSD code is blockes by samsung phone app , use this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kliksob.forgswitch


now open this app and look for activate radio and configure the network type there as required and restart the phone

ok, your sim work fine before the update. then turn on safe mode and see what's happen?
