Pls guide me how to fix sim 2 not allowed error

I bought s24 ultra 2 months back.. and till date used sim 1.. today sim 1 got blocked by PTA due to non PTA..
I switched the sim to sim 2 without turning off the mobile..
Now no signals.. and when i turn on and off airplane mode it shows a sim 2 not allowed error

May be your second sim slot duration was already used. Did you buy a new box pack phone or a little used ?

And after sometime it shows ufone but still no register network and when i try to make call it changes to emergency call
