Should I upgrade to s25 ultra from s24 ultra?

I was using Iphone 16pro max and swtiched to Samsung s24 on a friends suggestion and I love the device. Since the new phone is in the market and has great deals I wanna know should I upgrade or wait for s26.

And friend suggested fold but I don't think that's for my considering how i use my phone.
