Should I go for UAE version or International one?

 I am currently in the UAE and will be going to Australia for 3 years so should I buy the UAE version of S22 ultra or the International one( since is cheaper)?

I would recommend UAE version. You don't know where the international version came from.

The international version is available in many websites and mobile shops across uae. I just wanna know what's the difference between them and why the international version is soo cheap?

International version comes with snapdragon chipset, I recommend you stay away from buying the model with exynos chipsets as they are slower and overheats. Check reviews on youtube for more information.

Many stores sell Snapdragon in UAE and International version. My main question is that are there any issues/troubles that people have encountered when using the international version of the phone in the uae?
