Some noise do come when you shake your from camera module due to Optical image stabilization of lens movement.

Your phone might have some loosen screw. For hand checkup you can contact a doctor 😉

If the noise comes from near the cameras, then this is due to ois of camera and nothing else.

It must be OIS as you have an s series device. All of them have it in the last 5 years
