Service delays due to spare parts delivery issues

Sir,

I bought samsung S20fe via amazon on October 3  2021.

Faced issue of black screen....screen dead the very next month November..

Took it to samsung service centre in Tiruppur.. with drowned feelings.

Service order created as  4336848365. Been told will be get done within 5 days. As it is a new product.

Got it done after 12 days.

Been told first.... on the 5th day display arrived ....battery suppose to come been not sent. 

Battery received after 5 days.

Delays reasons spares not available, takeing time for a new product. Surprising.....If it is above 3 years means?!

Fate of the users love samsung products.

Speedy services meant service centers of samsung. Doubted any meaning for that.

Oh! Travelling 7kms  by walk in one hour.also a speed by the word speedy. Isn't  it?!.

The outlook I see is spares transport, and doubt....as.. is it the lethargic of spares managing department.

Though I understand the difficulties due to covid but not suppose to be an escape.

Put you in my place. Think.....costly mobile ..facing issues...delayed service for a new product.

Service center manager Mr.Hariharan told me,. If we get as quick service takes half an hour to complete.

The sevice peoples are good and kind.

Please look into it....hoping
