Selfie on S24u not working, it's freezing,lagging and very slow. Any advise?

Please also reset app preferences

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Select the menu icon in the top right hand corner.
5. Select Reset app preferences.
6. Select Reset.

Then  soft reset your device. Press and hold the power and volume down buttons until the device restarts ( this will not erase data, it is just to reboot the device)
