Hi guys have you ever seen that in south Africa we hardly get security patches for Samsung s10 series. Does this mean we have to let go of this devices

Eish this is annoying you would see a new security patch in Europe and be hopeful that it will land here and you get nothing

For some months now, it been coming late. I received May security update early this month for my note 10+ when people have already started receiving June security update. I don't know why security is slow to come to South Africa.

Atleast you did receive yours . My s10 is still using March security patch

My samsung account password was changed by someone else and I cannot reset my password

Try calling the Samsung call Centre they will help you with resetting the password

We should just forget about security patch updates unless they provide significant benefits like a platform updates. I know that we want to be up to date but as long as we are secure it's okay.

You don't how secure your phone is remember security patches are made to address such variability problems on your phone
