I am writing to raise a concern about the Face Unlock feature on my Samsung Galaxy S23 FE. I recently discovered that my phone unlocks not only with my face but also with my brother’s face, since we look somewhat similar. This is a serious security issue for me, as it compromises the privacy and safety of my personal data.
While I understand that Face Unlock may have limitations, I did not expect it to be this inaccurate on a flagship device. I trusted Samsung for strong security, but this experience has been disappointing.
I request that Samsung investigate this matter and provide a clear explanation. Additionally, I would appreciate some form of compensation or goodwill gesture, as this situation has caused me inconvenience and concern regarding the safety of my data.
