In my s24 ultra, i added videos and pics within the gallery of secure folder to private folder in secure folder's gallery.
The files moved and after completion it says 'unable to move'. Nd now the files are not in main folder, not moved/private folder. Not hidden.
I also cheked hidden files in 'My file' of samsung secure folder also used 3rd party app like solid explorer and es file explorer but nothing found in mobile. I also cleared the cache of secure folder my files and gallery also restarted the mobile. But nothing is here. After moving the files to private folder, the size also reduced which shows that the files deleted completely rather than moving.
Dear Sajjad, Never clear cache while you are in a stuck position where data is the main concern not the app execution like playing a game. Software cache is mostly used as temporary storage for moving data only sofware developers know very well. In Samsung Secure folder no other file explorer works this verifies security of secure folder. After all, for your data to be recovered, try updating samsung pass apps also that is the main part of secure folder security from the start of process. Let me know what progress comes up after this.
Sir evn after clearing cache, i have several times enabled disabled the private folder and added again different videos photos but still it cant shows. I have restarted the phone also again again sent data to private folder. But at the end it says unable to move depite all data has been moved.now the data is not available in secure galery my files or anywhere.
