Secure Folder Locked by Knox.

I set the password, biometric & other stuff. It was good. After a while I open the folder & clicked on Lock Icon from left top beside the add app icon & then I am unable to login. It is showing contact to IT admin. Now whats wrong & who is the IT admin ??
