Why secret code is not working in my Samsung s20fe 5g phone like *#*#4636#*#*. Is there any setting we need to modify or something else.. please help me to enable this secret code.

I am not trying this because I have issues.. but I am just trying to check all engineering function of this phone...None of the secret code is working in this mobile..
Is there anything that we can uninstall all pre-installed apps from this phone.. I never used Samsung galary, explorer and many more apps.. please launfh a samsung phone with stock Android.. you can provide to choose apps to customer while they are set-up their phone at initially...
