Could someone please tell me how to move the Search bar from top to bottom in the menu screen to have a smooth search app option.

Better use widgets on your home screen.. try Google widget. It helps you search on device apps and online content.. very useful and reachable

I assume you want your Google Search Bar below the dock like they have in Google Pixel Devices and other Stock Android Skin. I don't think you can get that with Stock One UI. You can use third Party launchers to get that. The most you can do is add Google Search Bar widget on your homescreen and place it anywhere you want.
