Hi , 

Had issue my samsung phone before restoring the phone, I transferred all the photos and videos to my Sd card which was encrypted, 
After restoring data Sd card is not working in the same phone ,it is asking to decrypt the Sd card in the phone it was encrypted. 

Anyone know please help ,I have got childhood memories videos and photos of my kids ,don't want to loose it .

Not possible. If you encrypt your SD card on a Galaxy phone and then reset the phone, the reset phone will not be able to read the encrypted card. This is because the encryption keys are tied to the old phone's specific state and are typically erased during a factory reset.
