I did a factory reset like you told me to do 

I updated everything to the latest version
The problem is still there, as shown in the video 

The problem is not only on the Instagram application, but also on WhatsApp, Facebook and Twitter
I sent a report to Samsung and no one
He responded to me
It's the worst customer service I have ever had
I will send the mobile to
Emirates and return it to Samsung, I don't
want its price
But you have a very big problem with it
software and customer service
I wish someone from Samsung would do that

I agreed with you, worst customer service
I tried to chat online with them many times but unfortunately they didn't answer at all

Dont think it a software thing not sure exactly what causing it because many other users dont have same issue if it software thing everyone will have that issue
