Please check the following methods for capturing a screenshot, as they might be causing the issue:
• Button capture Press the Side button and the Volume Down button simultaneously.
• Swipe capture Swipe the edge of your hand across the screen from left to right or vice versa.
If the screenshot is being captured by swiping, you can disable this feature by going to Settings, then tapping Advanced Features → Motions and Gestures, and turning off the Palm swipe to capture option.
